Standard Filter Dialog Box

Use the Standard Filter dialog box to select values quickly for a specific column in the Spreadsheet pane of the Project view.

The Standard Filter dialog box displays a unique list of values associated with the selected column together with other fields for the column. For example, if you filter the Class column, the Standard Filter dialog box displays the following fields:

• Class
• Description
• Class Type
• Level

By default, all values associated with the selected column are selected. If you do not want to include one or more values in your filter, clear the associated check box.

Note: When you filter the Class column, the filter displays only the control accounts and work packages which contain the selected classes. For example, if you filter the Class column to display only the Actual class, the Spreadsheet pane will only show control account and work packages with resource assignments that use the Actual class.

In the Spreadsheet pane, click in the column that you want to filter.
